Customer Support and Service
If you require any assistance please telephone us on +44 (0)1635 248622 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If we are not available, please
leave your telephone number, and we will return your call.
Stock Availability
We try to carry everything in stock, however this isn’t always possible.
If there will be a delay you will be emailed within two working days of
placing your order. Please email info@communityinsight.co.uk
or telephone us on +44 (0)1635 248622 to check stock availability if delivery is urgent.
Delivery Time
Please allow 5 working days, stock permitting. If you need your order
faster please telephone us (you can always leave a message after office
hours).
Delivery Costs
We try to keep delivery costs as simple to understand, and as low as possible.
Most itemsfor UK delivery are charged at £2.50 per item (maximum charge £7.50)
Returns
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you
will be delighted with your goods from Community Insight. However, if
you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us.
Items need to be returned within 2 weeks if you would like a refund. The
items need to be in perfect condition. Return postage, packing insurance
and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate
claims should goods be lost in transit. We handle all returns or complaints
within 5-10 working days.
Cancellation of an Order
You can cancel your order at any time. If the goods have been dispatched
already then you have 2 weeks to return your order to receive a refund.
We cannot however refund any postage costs, either to send your order
out or to receive it back.
