Where can I see your stock?

You can see a range of our stock at various events throughout the UK. See the events calendar for details of events we are attending.

How quickly will you deliver?

Most items are available from stock, and will be sent out immediately, to arrive with you within 5 working days. Occasionally , for reasons beyond our control, there may be a delay but we will inform you if this is the case.

Can I return unsuitable Items?

We are sure that you will find our descriptions of the goods will help you to decide whether they are what you need. If this is not the case, you may return them, unused, within 14 days of receipt, for refund. Please ensure that the goods are packed carefully, so that they arrive back to us in the condition that they were delivered to you.

Can you send out inspection copies?

Because we are booksellers, rather than publishers, we do not have inspection copies available. However, we can send books and DVDs out on a sale or return basis. This service is not available for videos.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Please contact us if you wish to discuss discounts on a large order.

Can you invoice us?

We can invoice approved educational establishments, local authorities, and business customers. We cannot invoice individuals. Please contact us if you wish to set up an online account for ordering through this site.
